Conover Opens Sixth Agency

Prosser, WA – Conover Insurance, Inc., recently announced the recent opening of its sixth location. Conover & Associates, LLC, opened its doors in Prosser, WA on October 25th. The independent insurance agency will offer personal lines, commercial lines, farm, and medical insurance as well as contract bonding and employee benefits. It is co-owned and managed by, John Koenig, of Prosser who has worked in the insurance industry for over nine years. Prosser is about 30 miles west of the Tri-Cities.

Conover Insurance, Inc. was founded in Yakima in 1923 and incorporated in 1981. It is a full-service brokerage offering personal insurance, commercial lines, employee benefits, life, health and financial services from offices in Tri-Cities, Yakima, Kirkland, and Bend, Oregon. The agency represents dozens of carriers, including, Mutual of Enumclaw, Safeco, Progressive and Hartford. In only six years, Conover’s overall premium volume has expanded from $50 million to $200 million and its workforce has increased from 50 to nearly 120 full-time employees.
